STAGE ONE
We discuss what your home needs to require in order for it to be your dream home. How big, what shape and how much you can spend. If you’re not sure about exact measurements and don’t completely understand all the builders jargon, we will organize a meet up at a building site to make it clearer for you.

STAGE TWO
We decide upon a floor layout, refine the little details of the house and discuss exactly where on the block the house will be positioned. This is when the contractual agreements are taken care of.

STAGE THREE
Working plans and a fixed price contract are now in place at this point. An engineer is organized as well as soil testing so that building applications can be lodged with the council. Colour selections are sorted while this is happening.

STAGE FOUR
We get started! The plans have by this time been released and we keep you in the loop through the whole process.

STAGE FIVE
We invite you to meet the contractors on the site of your home to work out the finer details of where to put power points, your kitchen layout and light placement.

STAGE SIX
The brand new home is cleaned by professional cleaners, we do a meticulous final check all over the home and hand you the keys to your new home.
